Based on the necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps to enter into a contract for Locum Work with our Clients we will need to collect and process some personal data (PD).  Your Personal information that you supply to us may be used in a number of ways, for example:

  • For securing you work by means of framework or service level agreement clients
  • For fraud prevention
  • For internal and 3rd party audit purposes
  • For statistical analysis

We may share your information with our clients for the purposes of securing you work, typical information that will be shared includes:

  • Work history information such as the CV and references that we hold on file for you
  • Criminal records status
  • Fitness to work status by means of blood serology results and health declarations we hold on file
  • Any training that you have completed such as your primary qualification and any relevant mandatory training such as basic life support and the Skills for Health core requirements.

We will not disclose any of your information outside of the Locum Vision group of companies except as noted above and where we are required to do so by law.
